Politique de résiliation

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you choose a subscription (for example, "Subscribe & Save"), you're signing up for recurring deliveries at the frequency you select. The subscription option, price, delivery frequency, discount, and recurring billing terms are shown on the product page before you buy, and a one-time "Buy Once" option is always available if you'd prefer not to subscribe. When you complete checkout, you agree to these recurring charges: your payment method will be charged automatically at the price and frequency shown, until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery until cancellation.
Renewal reminders
We email you about 3 days before each renewal so you have time to skip, change, or cancel before you're charged. These reminders are a courtesy — not receiving or reading one does not stop a renewal, so please manage your subscription before your next charge date.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can cancel, skip, pause, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time through your customer portal at growplex.co/tools/recurring/portal (also linked in your order confirmation emails). Changes take effect once they are confirmed in the portal. A cancellation is only complete once it has been confirmed there — sending a support request on its own does not stop your next charge. If you have trouble accessing the portal, email help@growplex.co before your next charge date and we'll help.
Cancelling a renewal that has already been charged
To stop a renewal, cancel or skip it before your next charge date. Once a renewal has been charged and sent to our warehouse for processing, we are unable to recall that shipment. You can still return it under our Refund Policy.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been charged. For returns and refunds — including our 90-day money-back guarantee — please see our Refund Policy.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
