Return & Guarantee Policy
We want you to love your experience with Growplex. If you're not satisfied, we offer two types of returns depending on your situation.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Tried Products)
If you've used the product as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you're covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
- Applies only to products that have been used or tried.
- Valid within 90 days of your original order date.
- Limited to one refund per customer (first-time order only).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers must provide clear before and after photos as proof of consistent product use.

30-Day Refund Window — Opened Products (Allergic Reactions)
If you've opened the product and experienced an allergic reaction, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of your original order date. After 30 days, we're unable to issue a refund for allergy-related returns on opened products.
- Applies only to opened products where an allergic reaction has occurred.
- Must be reported within 30 days of your original order date.
- Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
- Contact us at help@growplex.co with your order number and a description of the reaction to begin your claim.
30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)
If you decide not to use or open your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.
Damaged or Missing Items
Received a damaged or missing item? We'll make it right. Email help@growplex.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item or packaging, and a description of what's missing or wrong. Our team will review your case and either send a replacement.
Undelivered or Returned to Sender
If your package was not picked up or was returned to our warehouse, we'll reach out to confirm how you'd like to proceed. You can choose to have the order reshipped or receive store credit for a future order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as "final sale" on the product page
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Any item returned without prior approval from our support team
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact help@growplex.co and our team will resolve it immediately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at help@growplex.co.
