Big difference love it so far

I love the results!! I used the foam 2x a day, derma-roller 3times a week, and took the vitamins everyday as recommended. I also did scalp massages to stimulate circulation 2times a day and even in the shower. I see a great difference, I now have baby hair and my hair looks fuller. 1 month in and having some light shedding. I heard shedding means its working so i hope it is. I like the growth foam so far not based on results because its too early but on application. Also, i have no irritation, a headache only once, then after no issues. Unsure about the dht pills. Currently on this journey with a relative who is using advanced trichology dht blockers alone (no minoxidil) and they have more growth than me. Maybe I will give it another month of growplex dht pills and if nothing then switch to the advance trichology dht blockers.
Growplex vitamins are great. My hair stopped falling in less than a week. Combined with Minoxidil, I see baby hair coming in about a month now.
