1 month in and having some light shedding. I heard shedding means its working so i hope it is. I like the growth foam so far not based on results because its too early but on application. Also, i have no irritation, a headache only once, then after no issues. Unsure about the dht pills. Currently on this journey with a relative who is using advanced trichology dht blockers alone (no minoxidil) and they have more growth than me. Maybe I will give it another month of growplex dht pills and if nothing then switch to the advance trichology dht blockers.
