Use the blade couple times a week, easy to use and just spray the roller before use to keep it clean
The handle is very sturdy and so is its case. There's a finger placement which makes it ergonomically comfortable. Really worth investing in!
Detailed Review: I was disappointed with this derma roller. The surface is covered with a silicone-like layer that tends to catch and pull on hair, making the experience uncomfortable and even causing some hair breakage. A smoother, softer material would have made it much more user-friendly. Unfortunately, I couldn’t continue using it due to this design flaw

I think this derma roller has been made wider so that it covers more area but instead it makes the hair snap when rolling in a different direction. The smaller derma roller didn’t have this issue
